Easily the best vehicle-buying experience I have ever had. Both Kaleb and Teddy were exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and pleasant to deal with. They made the whole process straightforward and hassle-free.

Truck door was damaged in the garage reqiring body work at the cost of the repair shop. The radio still has the same issue. The tire repair was insufficient and not safe to drive long distances. Ugh!

Prior to having the service performed, I had been discussing the suspension concerns and what I wanted for suspension upgrade with the parts manager Jon H for past couple months. He was extremely helpful. Service department was very professional and helpful and completed the work on schedule, and put their best tech on it.

John Perault my salesman was great to deal with. John is very helpful in understanding anything you asked him. You need to connect the TV, at least with just the news. Preferably, FOX news.

Everything was fine with the sales staff, and I am happy with the vehicle. I picked up the truck on Thursday, 7/22/2026, and drove it home. I asked about the MA registration and was told it would be mailed to me. Evidently, the runner went down to MA RMV on Friday, 7/23/2026, and found that I had previously ordered replacement number plates (two months ago) and RMV would not register the vehicle until the new plates arrive, or I cancel that transaction. I understand that this is something that I must deal with, but I drove the vehicle home that was not registered!
